3. Sure, there's no view whatsoever, but having stayed at Marriott Biscayne Beach before, I must say: forget the view and stay here, because there's nothing around you in downtown Miami and you have to go everywhere by car as well - and have to pay a huge fee for parking on-site or for valet.
