2. one of the bedspreads had a cigarette burn all the way through it, the drapes were dirty, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned (blood droplets on the floor!) and the hallways in the hotel smelled musty.

7. I should have known) and realized that several of the lights in the room didn`t work, there were holes in the walls, missing fire detectors, etc. The room was mostly clean with a new bed, and the bathroom was old but decent.
