1. I should have known) and realized that several of the lights in the room didn`t work, there were holes in the walls, missing fire detectors, etc. The room was mostly clean with a new bed, and the bathroom was old but decent.

3. We checked our bed no roaches (the south has alot of roaches and when they are this big and dead it is at least a sign the hotel is spraying for them) The next morning roach in bed dead----ugh!the worst was yet to come---no hot water to shower.

4. The bed was more toward the firm side of things, and the linens were nicer than I expected in a hotel of this sort- sateen striped cotton, and I'd guess a 300-350 thread count, topped with a woven cotton blanket and a normal mid range hotel comforter.

5. I jogged down to the front desk and after trying to communicate with him about me needing those things(because he didn`t speak hardly any english) he said 'no more here to morning' so we all squished into one bed to sleep hoping that nooe came into the room that couldn`t lock.
