1. The decor was nice with a flat screen tv, the bathroom/shower was the only thing that was out of date (mold in corners with dirty looking bathtub floor).

4. -The bathroom was tiny, just a tub and toilet, the sink is in the main room, so there's no room to get dressed in privacy, very embarassing for my two teen aged kids.
