3. The customer service is great - the rooms are large and it is literally five minutes to get to the airport, in fact they will even shuttle you there if you don't have a car.

The service was friendly and helpful -- we spontaneously decided to go to a baseball game (Albuquerque Isotopes have a minor league team) and Chad at the front desk offered to have the hotel drive us to/from the game (about 10 minutes away) so we wouldn't have to park/think about navigating our way there.
