4. I did remove the coverlet and throw pillows first thing as I do with any hotel that still uses them- sorry, Hyatt, but we want all of the linens to be changed between each guest; when will you get on board.

5. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet, if you have someone who needs to sleep on the couch, which was very comfortable.
