1. Just a regular sheet on top of the plastic pee mat and mattress :( The bathroom is about the size of a closet & the bottom of our tub was black and sticky.

10. It looked as though the corners had never been cleaned, the water sprinkler in the bathroom was rusted, there was a hole in the shower wall where the bar/handle is to get up from the bathtub and mold.
