2. The furniture in the lobby is run down and the expensive breakfast buffet is too limited, but the location is great, the staff is friendly and the views from the bar on the penthouse level are wonderful.

3. It looked as though the corners had never been cleaned, the water sprinkler in the bathroom was rusted, there was a hole in the shower wall where the bar/handle is to get up from the bathtub and mold.
