9. The neighborhood where it is located is a great area with lots of good little eating places, markets, a little park etc. Its a slight walk to the subway but we knew that before we booked it.

10. The furniture in the lobby is run down and the expensive breakfast buffet is too limited, but the location is great, the staff is friendly and the views from the bar on the penthouse level are wonderful.
