Plaster hanging in parts, paint job was lackluster, heat/air unit not sealed from letting outside air through nor did it really push much heat, 10 channels on the TV of which only 8 came in clearly, piping exposed in the bathroom, faucet on sink would not function correctly and the shower would sometimes go ice cold for a couple of seconds then searing hot for a few more seconds during use.
