2. Bathroom tub had cracks in it and very old and needed upgraded.

3. The room was not cleaned completely with dirty towels on the bathroom floor, used soap in the (leaking) tub, a beat up towel rod that keep falling down, and although it was a smoking room, the smoke smell was pretty bad and should probably be deodorized a little better.

4. It had spider webs, black all over the tub, smelled horrible, there was mold, sticky stuff on the floor.
