1. Staff was very friendly and attentive (aside from housekeeping trying to walk into the room at 7:30 in the morning without even knocking), however, the rooms are not.

4. After arriving, you find that the check in is in a separate building from the rooms and that you must walk through the parking lot and up a rusty old staircase with your bags to get to your cell-like room.
