1. Only improvements would be exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the elevator has a loud buzzer go off at every floor which could be toned way down.

Stayed at hotel in December, on arrival everyone was very helpful, but as many have said the rooms are so old and outdated in need of an urgent refurbishment, the bathroom fittings are all old and worn, our friends stayed at the Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter for less than we were paying .

8. Minor complaints: - bathroom did not have vent so to prevent fogging, we had to open the door- the room we got was close to washer/dryer and we sometimes hear the machines running.

10. We originally booked a room with one queen bed (that was the only room available at the time), but we were upgraded to a suite, which is two small rooms (with a queen bed and TV in each) and a tiny tiny kitchenette and bathroom in the middle.
