5. The hotel was a short walk to the french quarter, but the location was quiet- we were on the 7th floor, and only heard any sort of street noise once- you're not near bars, etc.The breakfast was good-we liked the waffles, and there was a decent selection.

10. The immediate area around the hotel is basically a business district, unfortunately in some immediate areas its a slum -- abandoned buildings, shady bars, low-rent liquor stores, etc. Lobby, staff, breakfast area are all fine, in fact some members of the staff are excellent.
"Great Staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2010 Vote
