1. Luxe decor, two bathrooms (tiny and claustrophobia inducing), serviceable kitchenette if you want it.

9. The bathroom had a clean shower with good water pressure and hot water throughout my shower and yes, being a girl I like my shower in the morning so it was not a quick one.
