1. Considerations on rates during the busy season would be nice, but, more importantly, a couple of rooms should be held back during the busy season until say 4:00PM for regular guests that may have to make a sudden trip without the benefit of booking well in advance.

10. I`d say that the first rate is closer to the real value of the room - we debated looking for another less expensive hotel for the last night and canceling the second reservation but didn`t want to go through the hassle, especially since we were traveling with a baby.
