4. It is far to downtown and there aren't restaurants in the area though not walking distance (only the Pointe resort is short five minute walk).

5. Apparently the pool should have closed at 10PM, and the guests left after the clerk spoke with them, but this indicates that no one did a security walk about the property during those hours.
