4. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had a fabulous balcony/deck looking towards Mission Bay, and the staff responded quickly the couple of times we had minor needs.

9. We had a lovely view of the bay from our nicely sized balcony, and we spent awhile just soaking in the sun and beautiful weather while waiting for the second room to be ready (they told us it should be ready by 4pm).
