1. The room was large with 2 queen beds, small pullout sofa, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, safe, and free wifi.

3. We received no common courtesies from her like, 'Sorry for the inconvenience' or 'Is there something we can do?' Oh and by the way, this hotel has no amenities like free WiFi, free parking, or free contential breakfast.
