5. The rooms had balconies, but you need to request that the doors be unlocked, as they are unsafe for young children otherwise.

6. True, the sliding balcony door is bolted, but all it took to have it opened was a call to the front desk who promptly dispatched maintenance.

7. Cons: it is a bit older of a hotel (but not tattered) and may be noisy at night only if you have the balcony door open since hrly.

8. My complaints pertain to shortcomings that any large hotel might have difficulty avoiding, but at any rate here they are:Although my room had a nearly floor-to-ceiling window balcony, the sliding door was bolted shut.
