We wanted atmosphere, but we needed more comfortable places to sit, a phone elsewhere than next to the bed (we had a suite with a desk that cried out for another phone), a living room layout condusive to both a TV and a fireplace, a toilet that didn`t have to be flushed several times each time it was used, and attention from management above the office staff when serious things went wrong one after the other.
