1. Apparently they suffer (JUNE GLOOM) obviously throughout june, however only 2 out of our 11 days was over cast, the rest was beautiful and very warm no complaints there, we found this hotel to be really pleasant, the pool and jacuzzi where both lovely (very quiet) and clean, our room was comfortable with a large bed ,tv,phone,bathroom all that you need really its not the hilton but I am not a hilton type of person I like a relaxed clean hotel with friendly staff.

5. The only negative is they let parents take children in the jacuzzi who were 2 yrs old and that is dangerous for the health of the child.

6. The pool (heated?) was large and spotless as was the jacuzzi (perfect temperature) It is an older hotel so don't expect the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton and it is also a large place so there may be some areas of the hotel that have not gotten renovated and may explain the awful reviews.
