1. The location is good (just like all the hotels in that area) - close to all the major highways, a huge shopping mall, and Riverwalk golf course.

2. Located right off of East-West running Highway 8, it`s a couple minutes drive to a good-sized shopping mall (Fashion Valley), around an average of 5 minutes to Old Town and Balboa Park, and only 10 or 15 minutes to downtown SD, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Sea World and La Jolla.
