1. For the price, the facilities of the motel--pool, hot tub, on premises restaurant, bar, and convenience store--can't be beat, and Frog's is a real gym--aerobic equipment, weight machines, free weights, spa, showers.

The room I stayed in had coffee in the coffee maker from the previous guest, a rotting cabinet in the bath (which was barely big enough for one person to stand in), the knob on the shower would not turn on unless you dinked around with it and when the water did come on you couldn't adjust the temperature, the carpet was badly stained, you sank in the beds and part of the property where other rooms were looked abandoned and raggedy.

7. The bathroom was very small, the shower drain in the room didn't work well at all, by the time you got done showering there was enough water in the tub to sit down and take a bath.

8. The tub does not hold water, the massaging shower head had one setting (if you tried to change it fell apart in your hand) , the coupling to attach the shower to the wall is coming off.

9. The first room I checked into had several issues including no working swing arm lock on door, torn carpet, bath tub did not drain while showering and to top it off, extensive mold in the bathroom.
