We experienced superior customer service from every part of this resort--from the friendly and helpful desk staff who offered us a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite (which was absolutely breath-taking!) to the kind gentleman who escorted us there via golf cart and offered his services anytime, to the outdoor concierge staff right outside the main office who would summon the taxis hanging around onsite and recommend things in the area, to the pool attendant bringing drinks and laughing with us, to the room service staff bringing beautifully laid out food right to our table, to the restaurant staff of 'Barefoot Bar & Grill' who we enjoyed so much we ate there every night.
