My husband calls the

from his phone, explains the situation and they say they're going to send a bellman with new keys and he'll stay to make sure they work.

When patrons walk into the room, they come straight off the street or grass or dirt; they don't walk through a nice
lobby
, then through a carpeted hallway to wipe off the dirt from their shoes like in other standard hotels.
