1. As others have mentioned, the amenities (like the complimentary wine) and the staff (who always went the extra mile) really won me over.

3. The Riverwalk is reasonably priced for everything that you get (huge room, decent sized bathroom, good bath amenities) and it just has so much charm that it's hard to imagine wanting to stay at one of the near-by chain hotels.

6. High ceilings, rich wood furniture, lots of space, comfy amenities (down comforters, hair dryer, bathrobes, toiletries, great roomy 'rain'type shower, a rubber ducky!, DVD rentals, cookie time, complimentary wine in evenings, umbrellas in room, free internet, great breakfast and a "thera-fish".
