I finally retreated to the lobby at 4:30AM to try to find some peace and quiet and was instructed to leave by the front desk clerk as ' can`t have anyone with closed eyes here', so I retreated to the pool area in hopes of a lounger and some quiet, but alas some of the young teens ( FFA) who filled the pool at 11PM were having a riotous time at 5AM, so back to my room just in time for the 5:30AM ambulance to scream through.

6. The hotel has a fitness room that is adequate but with less than top-line Precor equipment, and it may be possible to do laps in the indoor pool.

7. The fitness center was small, but well equipped, as was the pool (small that is, equipment isn't really relevant!)The only thing that was poor was the breakfast.

8. My only complaint, is that the pool area doesn't have any ventilation and it is suffocating with the strong smell of chlorine.
