• i spent 30 minutes working with technical support trying to resolve the issue without successthe spa tub was average, low pressure and very loud ( runniung water noise came through the sink in the suite).

• We stayed in the Townhouse Suite which is very spacious and clean.

• Only downside to the room was the bathroom set up was difficult to have more than one person getting ready at a time.

• - The shower had mold in it, and the trickle of water representing the shower stream was alternating between scalding hot or freezing cold (causing the showering experience to become an aerobic activity of sorts, so there was that side benefit).
