The soaking tub was terrific too.
The rooms are gorgeous, the tubs are huge, the bathrobes are a nice touch, and the beds are the very best.

i spent 30 minutes working with technical support trying to resolve the issue without successthe spa tub was average, low pressure and very loud ( runniung water noise came through the sink in the suite).
We stayed in the Townhouse Suite which is very spacious and clean.

The room was clean.
Most downtown hotels tend to be noisy, but our room was quiet and we slept like babies.

The bathroom:Small, overbath shower.
Only downside to the room was the bathroom set up was difficult to have more than one person getting ready at a time.

- The shower had mold in it, and the trickle of water representing the shower stream was alternating between scalding hot or freezing cold (causing the showering experience to become an aerobic activity of sorts, so there was that side benefit).
The shower/tub had draining problems.
