4. With some of the complaints i've read below It seems that some of you don't know: MOST hotels/timeshares that have a full kitchen DO NOT have maid service included in your stay- you have to pay extra.

5. We had a studio which was big enough for two and the others stayed in a 2 bedroom which includes a full kitchen.

6. When we got back to our room there was water pouring into the kitchen area from the door (you walk into the kitchen when you arrive in your room) apparently there was no seal around the door.

My 3 year old grandaughter said it all when we pulled in to register-'Daddy this place is awesom, when can we get out of the car?'As grandparents we were able to spend a week with our son's family in a place that was great for the three grandchildren and had the convenience of kitchen facilities, washer and dryer and a great staff.
