We ended up renting one from Kingdom Strollers ( Matt is who i dealt with and was great cooridinating with the resort)If you have young children, the were great in accomodating an early check in, however we never did get the voice mail from them saying room was ready at 12:30, we showed back up at 4.

4. The staff were polite and upon check in they offer you free gifts- of course we know that's including a timeshare presentation- which we never bothered with.
