Within 10 minutes of our call a maintenance person was there and after replacing the thermostat and a few other things he had it up and running again (at 11pm I think that is great service!)- tons of activities (organized activities plus the mini golf, billiards, ping pong, basketball, park, we didn't even use our entire Disney tickets because the kids were so happy playing at the resort.

Other fun amenities included a large fire pit, onsite gas grills, sport courts with basketball hoops, neat putt-putt golf, Starbucks, nice changing rooms by the pool, a very nice Boardwalk, quiet and safe location, decent restaurant/grille near the pools, NFL Sunday Ticket with 4 tv's by the pool (my Lions were playing), full schedule of events by the pool, and good service.
