1. Some traffic noise but who comes to NOLA to sleep? Walked everywhere, never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.

6. The location is 5-star for us because it's across the street from the main part of the French Quarter (away from the noise) and has a taxi stand nearby (plus the major bus lines stop in front).
