1. I stay at a lot of Residence Inns and the new ones tend to be three or four story hotels and do not have the same full kitchens or the feeling of being in a village.

9. Yes, the porperty is old and could do with some refurbishment, but it is kept in a decent shape, all appliances in our spacious split level loft suite worked fine, room was superclean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
