2. I thought it was very nice that the staff would also do your grocery shopping for you at no extra cost, however we did not use this service as we felt more comfortable doing our own shopping.

3. I am a hotel snob and always prefer high-rise, big hotels with inside entries and restaurants on the premises, but the truth is you simply can't beat Residence Inn for practicality, cost and attention to detail.
