1. The staff preparing the food in the breakfast restaurant area were quite pleasant to encounter (smiling, asking about food quality, etc), however I wish I could say the same for the wait staff including the host & hostess.

9. Doubletree is not all that much better in looks or feel but at least you get 2 huge rooms with 2 huge 42' LCD TVs and a pretty decent breakfast brought by the friendliest staff that sure brightens your day.
