1. From the moment I walked in to the lobby I was greated by a friendly gentleman who directed me to where to check in and offered to help with my lugage.
"Friendly and clean Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2010 Vote
2. The hotel has high-speed wireless Internet ($9.99/day), a mini convenience store in the lobby, and all of the other perks one would expect from a downtown Doubletree location.
"Definitely a business hotel, but great for a weekend tourist! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/6/2007 Vote
3. The lobby is up the 6th or so floor, which seemed odd, and of course there was no one to help me drag my junk in from the adjacent parking garage.
"Not Worth the Money. . . . " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/18/2012 Vote
4. We were there for the NCAA tournament and they lobby was all decked out.
"Convenient to Downtown and Nationwide Arena " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
5. The layout is strange--you need to take an elevator from the street-level to the lobby, then another elevator to your room.
"Good Location, No Gym " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/20/2012 Vote
6. Others have mentioned the dual elevators - that was a bit of a pain hauling Christmas shopping items up one floor to the lobby, then having to get off to walk across to a second elevator.
"Great Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/11/2011 Vote
7. The hotel has a unique set up to reach the lobby - when we left the parking garage and thought we were in the hotel, we found we had to walk down approximately 10 stairs (with our suitcases and dogs in tow) to enter an elevator to go up to the lobby.
"Great spot if you bring the pooches " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/25/2011 Vote
8. The hotel itself is also a strange building that you have to go up to the sixth or seventh floor for the lobby.
"Big rooms, needs updates but still good " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/30/2010 Vote
9. When we arrived in the lobby (which was actually on the 6th floor) we were checked in by Josh.
"Nothing Wicked about this hotel! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/5/2010 Vote
10. Our stay included a free breakfast each morning which was very good as well, with the standard buffet of eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, etc.The parking/lobby situation is a little odd and confusing if you've never stayed here before.
"Great location - Great Staff - Great Rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/4/2009 Vote
