8. The room was big but the sofa bed where my daughters were slepping was not good; the mattress was very thin & it felt like you were sleeping in a blanket with bumps; the floor was better to sleep on.

9. Had to make at LEAST 3 trips back to the desk to get new keys for our room as they wouldn't work in the lock & kept getting blamed that it was because I put them next to my cell phone (although i did not).
