5. When I checked out the next morning (after a night of listening to semi traffic on 270), the front desk person gave the usual, 'How was your stay?' For some reason, I thought she was sincere so I told her about the lack of a welcome snack and the noise.

6. During my wait for my newly assigned hotel -- another front desk worker said this hotel is the most mis-managed hotel she's ever worked for.
