2. luggage belonging to a couple of my guests was mis-delivered to the wrong rooms, and wasn't found until much later in the evening, which caused a good deal of anxiety for those people whose luggage was missing, as well as interrupting what should have been a nice, peaceful dinner for them, as well as for my driver and me.

8. The very rude receptionist, who was in the middle of her dinner with her plate full of food visible from where I was standing, did 'her utmost' to change my room from 2 beds to 1 and BINGO!-- we were moved from a second floor room facing the elevator to a dark corner of the building room (there is seriously no windows or light in those 'pockets') RIGHT NEXT TO A HUGE AND LOUD ICE DISPENSER.
"Um.... NO... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/14/2010 Vote
