1. We stayed at Seventh Mountain on a Stay 3 nights get 4th free w/ 3 of 5 day Mt Bachelor passes for adults and kids ski free.
2. I did as requested and came back when the manager was on duty, he was a nice guy and offered to fix the third night free issue, credit one of our dinners and send us a 20% off coupon for our next stay.
3. Check out: When it came time to finally settle the third night free advertisement, once again the people at the front desk were not empowered to do anything and I needed to 'come back in a few hours' to get this resolved.
4. Here is the summary of my experience:-Reservation: In order to get the 3rd night free, you have to call the reservation line, however no one on the phone is empowered to offer this.
5. For those who need internet connections, leave the laptop at home, free service is a pain to connect too.
6. Extra charges-local calls from room, newspaper, vacuum, cleaning room, soaps, shampoo, fire log-only 1 free for stay, no matter how many days.
7. All in all, I've already recommended this place to several friends and, particularly with the Mt Bachelor 'Kids Ski free' deal, would be eager to return.
8. The breakfasts were very good, and priced at $6-11 plus drinks, so with tax and tip, we paid about a total of about $15 for the four of us in addition to our vouchers each morning The second surprise perk was the terrific service on the free shuttle up to the mountain, which included a drink on the way home (pop, water, beer or wine).

9. The unit was quite spacious for our family of four; it had just been remodeled, with high quality fixtures, utensils, free wi-fi and even nice plush towels and fancy soaps.
10. We had the exact same room as our friends with one night supposedly free, but we paid more for our two nights than they did with no special.
