1. the exteriors of all the buildings are totally being redone (looks like about 3/4 of the buildings are complete), the recreation areas (pools, hot tubs, skating rink, etc) have all been finished, and a new horse stable complex has just been finished.

2. the 7th is well on its way to completing a major exterior renovation project (the interiors of most units having been redone several years ago) - the physical changes to the buildings and the property are quite dramatic.

3. Workers were redoing the exteriors of some buildings, but it didn't disturb us at all; our room was very quiet and even had a nice territorial view.
