2. Not top-scale resort, but has most things; Shuttle bus to the ski resort, restaurants (though I haven't tried), ice-link, hot-tub.

3. I noticed there was a hair located behind the door next the bath tub and left it to see if the housekeeper would see it, while cleaning my room over a span of 2 days the hair remained.

We have since searched both rooms countless times, looked in the housekeeping offices (where they had a very,very small plastic tub of 'lost and found' with three very small items in it & for a resort that size was a bit obvious that NOT all missing items are put and/ or would fit in this tub); We looked thru a random mini van that the housekeepers threw the laundry in (and witnessed MANY articles of clothing etc. that had apparently been left in various rooms- but WERE NOT put in Lost and Found), and we have called countless times.

6. It was dusty, light blulbs were missing, the coffee pot was filthy, the tub had hair in it, no log for the fireplace, the beds were without mattress pads.
