1. Then later, when I could not get my Ipad connected to their wifi he was not very helpful.

Only negative is very tight parking spaces and the free WiFi did not work; at connection ads came rolling in before the ISP interface and the log-in user access code interface got stuck in some loop after I accepted 'Terms of Service' and wouldn't correct even with log off and restart--when I complained I was told I 'must have had some cookies that needed clearing.

3. The room is clean and pretty nice, with a small kitchenette, two-burner range, small refrigerator, a nice flat-screen tv, free wireless internet, and an in-room safe.
