4. We used the gym everyday (beautiful equipment and plenty of machines so you do not have to wait for an empty one) and used the internet access many times during our 5 day stay.

6. Also the internet connection is unreliable, in some areas of the hotel it is missing completely, and where available, I have to re-accept the terms and conditions all the time, which is really annoying.

9. West Jet Vacations package included free hookup for the internet, we printed off our boarding passes and skipped the line ups at the airport, free shuttle service to and from the airport, they stored our luggage all day as we had an evening flight and checkout was at 11.
