1. You get a side table, your own umbrella, the option of ordering food to your chair (like room service), and you're not crammed into one little area like the rest of the pool area.

3. Good things first: The beds are super comfy, friendly staff at the spa and salon (except for one employee who seemed to hate people and her job), wonderful early morning breakfasts by the pool and great late night room service.
