1. As with many Vegas hotels its tough to find your way around in the casino but all the staff were very friendly from the parking valets, to the guy who brought up our luggage, to the room cleaners, to the servers in the restaurants.

5. On Christmas Day, we went out to Hoover Dam early in the day to see the new bridge and, upon our return, the self parking was full (not posted, but we drove around for almost an hour and never found a spot), and then attempted valet parking.

6. The front desk workers, security, parking attendants etc etc should be more integrated to assure that you as a guest feel special and taken care of.

7. From the spcious sweep of the entrance to the ample self-parking garage to the beautiful fluted glass ceiling decorations in the lobby to the ample and extremely comforttable rooms this hotel is magnificent.
