The hotel is a completely non-smoking which is a big plus for me, the rooms are very clean, the bedding is spotless (no bed bugs here), the rooms are good for the price, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is good but not spectacular, the free parking is very good and safe, and the overall value is good.
