1. Our room did have a balcony overlooking both downtown Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains, and the view was fantastic.

I could speak to their great location near Old Town Albuquerque, museums, restaurants/bars, close proximity to freeway access, the spacious/clean rooms, views of the Sandias, or the comfortable beds, however the customer service will always make this hotel my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque.

6. If you can, get a room on one of the upper floors (I was on the 10th), the view is great and you get a little balcony.

7. The rooms with a non mountain view are quite spacious with small balconies, and the ones we saw had an extra makeup area/counter next to the bathroom and across from the closet which was handy considering the size and design of the bathroom.
