1. The hotel provides free wireless internet access, but it was nonfunctional for the entire first day and night of our stay.

4. WiFi is free, even in the rooms, parking is free, they didn't charge for the use of a dvd player (which are available if you ask for it), and there is a business center where you can use the computer and print something again, at no charge.
